    Florida - Here is a list of programs at the Florida Public Library for November and December. Registration is in person or by calling the library at 651-7659. For families: Saturday, Nov. 18 • Tellabration! sponsored by the Black Dirt Storytelling Guild of the Florida Public Library at 2 p.m. Join this worldwide celebration of the art of storytelling. The theme is “Treasured Tales.” Attentive listeners of all ages are invited. Tickets are on sale now at the library. For kids: Tuesday, Nov. 21 Books & Beyond - Legends of faraway places at the Florida Public Library, Tuesdays at 4 p.m. for kids in grades K - 5. No registration - just drop in. • Nov. 21 - Read and learn about the Australian tale, Sun Mother Wakes the World, and make a Sun, Moon & Star Mobile. • Nov. 28 - Read and learn about the Legend of the Indian Paintbrush from the Lakota Indians. Paint a Sunset Vision. • Dec. 5 - Read and learn about the Magic Bean Tree story from Argentina then craft a Bean Mosaic. For Young Adults: YA Discovery for Young Adults (grades 6-12) at the Florida Public Library, Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. • Nov. 28 - Anime & Manga Club • Dec. 5 - Learn to cook two kinds of chili - Vegetarian & Meat. • Dec. 12 - Create a Sparkling Sun Catcher. Saturday, Dec. 9. Joe Karr Duo: Listen to the great American songs of Gershwin, Porter & Mercer and more by Joe Karr and his piano accompaniment at the Florida Public Library at 2 p.m. For teens, adults and seniors.
