WARWICK - Applewood Winery will present the first annual Music in the Courtyard summer concert series, beginning this Saturday, May 15. Singer/songwriter, Sarah D, is scheduled to kick-off the series with her own mix of edginess and optimism. Sarah D has performed everywhere from coffeehouses to Carnegie Hall. This Saturday, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., area residents will be able to experience her acoustic flair for themselves. The Music in the Courtyard concerts will be free of charge. Also appearing later in the summer are The Mudbelly Blues Band, featuring their Chicago style blues, Trainwrecked, performing American songs about trains and the people who love them and Middletown native, Sarah Morr, who has quickly become known as the Hudson Valley's new music scene regular.
