When Applewood Winery first started Jonathan and Michele Hull had two goals in mind: to make really great wines and ciders and to.have as much fun as possible doing so. They love sharing their passion and making it an enjoyable experience for all who visit the winery.

Applewood Winery has continued growing this past quarter of a century with Jonathan Hull always on the cutting edge of the craft beverage industry in the Hudson Valley.

Truly a family business, their son Dylan, upon graduating from Cornell University, joined his dad in growing and expanding the Naked Flock Hard Cider division.

Michele Hull, having come from a wine and food background in New York City, enjoys doing what she does best: Welcoming guests to the tasting room and providing them with food and wine pairing experiences or just a relaxing and comfortable place to enjoy a glass of wine and some really great music.
