Ananda Ashram will host Leonard Orr's ‘‘Yoga of Rebirth' seminar on Dec. 15

Monroe — A one-day seminar with Leonard Orr on “The Yoga of Rebirthing and Spiritual Purification” will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, at Ananda Ashram in Monroe. Everyone is invited to attend the regular morning fire ceremony for individual and planetary healing at 9 a.m. The seminar will include kirtan (sacred chanting), a talk by Orr, breathing sessions and sharing. The fee is $108, which includes a vegetarian/vegan lunch. Anyone who would like to stay at the Ashram either Friday or Saturday evening should contact the ashram at 782-5575.
