Coquito in Warwick rejoins the surge of live jazz in our region. Over the past 10 years it's former owners presented Arturo O'Farrill, Mark Egan and the Ray Barretto Legacy Band as part of The Hudson Valley Jazz Festival. On Friday March 29, The Hudson Valley Jazz Trio with Bill Pernice, Jeff Ciampa and Steve Rubin perform a mix of straight ahead, Latin, funk and other danceable genres. Guest musicians expected. 8:30 p.m. Coquito is at 31 Forester in Warwick.
