All-day arts and music for humanity fest to be held
Middletown On Saturday, Sept. 29, Abundant Life Farm will host its first Art and Song for Humanity Festival. The all-day event will include music, art exhibits, meditation, readings, food and vendors of all types. Abundant Life is a biodynamic farm located at 168 Prospect Rd. in Middletown. Farmer Linda Borghi has been studying and working in Biodynamics for many years and is now celebrating the first anniversary of the farm and the Abundant Life Labyrinth which is open to the public. “We are asking local musicians, dancers and artists to join us in our celebration,” says Borghi, “I have many friends and associates that will be here and I would like to introduce them to my neighbors in Orange County.” The event planners are asking any musicians, artists and the general public to bring the energy to the farm and join in healing the planet. Artists will be able to display their work throughout the site and musicians will have the opportunity to present new work to the audience. “We are also asking the musicians to join in a Songs for Humanity Jam session where they will perform their own music for the Human spirit,” said Borghi.
