Albert Wisner Public Library offers dancing and movie programs

WARWICK — Registration is now underway for the following programs a Albert Wisner Public Library:

Tango at the Library On Thursday, May 31, at 6:30 p.m. put on your dancing shoes and come to the library to join Walter and MariLynne Kane for an introduction to the romantic moves of Argentine Tango. No experience necessary.

The Kanes first met each other on the dance floor as teenagers and they have been dancing together ever since. When they crossed paths with Argentine Tango in 1997, it was love at first step. Since then, they have concentrated on that form, studying with Argentine masters here and in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and practicing daily for their own pleasure and to hone their techniques.
