New Windsor Times Herald-Record’s business editor Douglas Cunningham and columnist Beth Quinn will provide a journalistic perspective of next year’s key elections at a joint breakfast meeting to be presented by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and Mid-Hudson Pattern for Progress. The breakfast will be held from 7:47 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Anthony’s Pier 9, New Windsor. The sponsor is The Chazen Companies. “Next year’s elections promise some very interesting contests,” said Dr. John A. D’Ambrosio, president of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. “On the state level, voters will be deciding on our next governor and attorney general. And Sen.
