A saucy lesson at the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum

Cornwall — Adults are invited to join a hands-on cooking workshop to learn how to make sauce from summer tomatoes on Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum in Cornwall. The workshop will be led by environmental educator Pam Golben in the farmhouse kitchen at the Outdoor Discovery Center on Muser Drive, across from 174 Angola Road, Cornwall.
