'Were you always a coward with no honor?'

To the person who damaged my neighbor's tree and lawn, then hit my parked car, on Division Street, just off of West Street in the early morning hours of Sunday, Oct. 27th:

You’ve had an ample amount of time to step up and do the right thing. I was never looking to jam anyone up by getting cops or insurance involved. I just want you to take responsibility for your actions and pay for the damages you caused.

I ‘m a reasonable man and I certainly understand that accidents happen. But since you haven’t come forward, I will, at the very least, be filing a hit and run report with Warwick PD. I’m positive they will provide a proper investigation, along with the neighborhood keeping an eye out as well.

I know your vehicle has damage to both sides of the front bumper and quarter panels at a minimum. You did leave pieces at the scene. The local body shops are aware of the situation as well, so if you bring your car in for repair, PD will be notified.

Oh, and don’t forget, what comes around goes around. If Warwick PD doesn’t find you, karma will.

One more question: Were you always a coward with no honor, or did you just realize it when you fled the scene of an accident?
