'Together, let us save our planet'

I often think of the people in the United States and around the world who are contending with the horrible climate events that are disrupting their lives.
Why aren't more people fighting harder to slow it down?
Maybe we can work together to ease the life-threatening weather situations that have been causing these horrible events.
I have a few suggestions that could help.
To begin with, when we shop it's important to bring our own bags to lessen the plastic waste clogging our cities, towns and waterways.
Try to make it a habit to take them with you at all times.
Also, saving water is something we must no forget. Adults and children can do their share to conserve water by various means.
Limit the time you are in the shower.
Soap soiled dishes and then rinse them all at once.
If you use a dishwasher, try to make sure it's filled to capacity. Simple but effective and you save money on your water bill.
And last but not least, walk wherever you can. It's good for your health and doesn't fill our air with pollutants and make children and adults ill. Walking together can be quite enjoyable.
Together, let us save our planet.
