'Time for a change in Warwick? I don’t think so'

| 27 Oct 2019 | 04:33

Change? Has the dysfunction of Washington finally arrived in our pristine Valley?

The current Town Board members running for re-election, Sweeton, Gerstner and Kowal, have always governed with only the best interests of all of us here in Warwick.

They worked to salvage a surplus state facility, turning it into a job-producing and taxpaying corporate park.

They worked to preserve 4,200 acres of working farms that pay taxes, inject millions into our economy, and protect us from the overdevelopment ravaging our neighbors.

They have led the way in fostering sustainable energy through zoning changes and installations in all municipal facilities.

They have supported our police department to keep our community safe.

They have worked together with all of our three villages to share services and reduce costs for our residents.

Most importantly they have done all of this while keeping our town taxes the lowest of any Town in Orange County that provides police services.

Time for a change, I don’t think so.

Please join me on November 5th to re-elect Mike Sweeton, Jim Gerstner, Russ Kowal and Nancy DeAngelo by voting on row B, C or G.
