On behalf of the Town Board and all our Town employees I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and a healthy, happy New Year.
Please keep those serving overseas in your prayers and wish them a speedy return to their families.
Please also remember that there are many in our community less fortunate than others, so be as generous as you can be to keep our food pantries full and do what you can to spread however much happiness as possible this season.
With the extremely cold temperatures it is important to keep an eye on any elderly neighbors or those who might need extra help.
If you know of someone that may need checking on, please call our Warwick Police Department at 986-5000, and we will be happy to have an officer look in on them.
In the event of prolonged power outages or severe cold snaps the police can also open our Warming Center in the Senior Center behind Town Hall. Orange County Social Services or the Office for the Aging may also be able to provide assistance.
