Warwick Valley High School is proud to select senior swimmer Sean Corrigan as this week's Bill Garcia Allstate Student–Athlete of the Week.

Sean is a four-year varsity swimmer and team captain as well the team's top swimmer in the 50 and 100 freestyle events. With the outcome of the meet in the balance, Sean was instrumental in the Wildcats’ dual meet win at Middletown, anchoring the 400 free relay team that finished first and thereby securing the team's victory.

Sean maintains a solid B average in a challenging course load that includes AP US History and AP Government for college credit. He also is a member of the Robotic Team.

Upon graduation, Sean plans to study history and has narrowed his college decision to Misercordia or Oneonta where he will continue to swim as a NCAA student–athlete.

Sean is the son of Sean and Caroline Corrigan of Warwick. His sister Caroline (junior WVHS) and brother Aidan (sophomore WVHS) are both rising student–athletes in Wildcat Country.
