Aug. 23

Elizabeth Vergollo, 53, of Florida, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Village Court.

Aug. 24

Bradley Mann, 42, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree assault and strangulation, felonies. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail on $3,000 bail pending an appearance in Village Court.

Oksana Potemkin, 49, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated over .18 percent blood alcohol level and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released to appear in Town Court.

Aug. 26

Michelle Tabor, 62, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Town Court.

Devin Gallagher, 38, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Village Court.

Paul Dibella, 30, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level over .08 percent, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in Town Court.

Edgar Guitierrez-Santiago, 29, of Middletown, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated over .18 percent blood-alcohol level and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in Town Court.

Aug. 27

Rocco Merleno, 28, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, more than three ounces, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in Village Court.

Aug. 29

Lore Kaufmann, 52, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Village Court.
