To coincide with the Ramadan-Passover-Easter season, Warwick Valley Rotary recently presented checks to the Greenwood Lake and Florida Food Pantries.

The 60-member club, which has met virtually throughout the pandemic, shared the checks with representatives of the food pantries.

Warwick Valley Rotary also has two fund raisers this Spring to help food pantries and the scores of area charities it assists.

On Thursday, April 29, Warwick Valley Rotary and the Warwick Lions Club will have a night at the Warwick Drive-In to raise money for the Frank Seeber Scholarship, the Kelsey Wilson Scholarship and others.

Gate opens at 7 p.m., and admission is $10 per person, which includes a small popcorn and soda. Tickets may be obtained at www.WarwickValleyRotary.org.

The feature is Godzilla vs. Kong.

Warwick Valley Rotary also will hold a golf outing Monday, May 17, at Hickory Hill Golf Club. All profits will benefit local charities. Admission is $125 per golfer, $475 per foursome – a golfing bargain, lowest cost for any outing this season.

Sponsor opportunities are available for you and/or your business for tees and greens.

Tickets for the golf outing also may be obtained at www.WarwickValleyRotary.org.
