Warwick. Chamber to host free online COVID-19 safety and emergency care seminar on Jan. 13

The Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce suggests you put your recent fears about infection with the novel coronavirus at ease when you learn more about the heightened public safety measures and quality care actions being secured by the local hospital system.

On Wednesday, Jan. 13, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kenneth Janowski of Bon Secours Charity Health System will share information with the community in a free online educational seminar “Covid-19 Safety and Emergency Care” offered by the chamber live on Zoom at 2 p.m.

Janowski is the Medical Director of Infection Control for the Bon Secours Charity Health System, which includes Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, as well as Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis and St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick. He also serves as chief medical officer of the Health System.

Janowski’s responsibilities include administrative and clinical oversight of physician credentialing, as well as privileging and peer review.

The “Covid-19 Safety and Emergency Care” event is part of a new series of online seminars and workshops offered by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The event is free.
