The Greenwood Lake Public Library is offering the following programs in April. All are available to access from anywhere.

For Adults

Chair Yoga with Sara: Zoom classes every Monday morning from 11 a.m. to noon.

Baseball in the American Culture: Thursday, April 8, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Join Evan Weiner via Zoom to explore the history of the sport and the impact it has had on various aspects of our culture. This is sure to appeal to all members of your family.

A Romping Stroll from Blues to Rock n’ Roll: Saturday, April 17, from 1 to 2 p.m.

Multi-talented Eric Lipper will entertain us with wonderful songs that span decades and are sure to bring back memories for all ages.

For Children and Young Adults

Special Earth Day Celebration (ages 4-9): Saturday, April 24.

Talewise will present a very special virtual prerecorded program for young learners using interactive activities and storytelling to teach about ways to protect our precious Earth. Link will be accessible all day for convenient viewing.

Art Classes with Patty Kaminski: Wednesdays, March 17 and April 7, from 5 to 6 p.m., via Google Classroom

Kaminski will instruct her young artists (ages 10+) in the use of various media to learn multi-cultural techniques while exploring their unique creativity and skills. Registration is limited so sign up soon.

Special programs for Young Children

Virtual Story Time with Ms. Kristin will continue to stream via the link at www.gwllibrary.org. Registered children receive story-related craft packets.

Music Play Patrol: This on-going and changing program offers entertaining musical stories, sing-alongs and creative movement for ages 5 and under. New content is uploaded every Monday and Wednesday!
