From farm to table: Taste Of Warwick

Warwick - Warwick will once again celebrate its restaurants, chefs, farms, wineries and sense of community in the 12th annual Taste of Warwick. It will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Warwick Valley Winery. Sponsored by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, this event highlights local cuisine as well as a sense of community. In an elegant, candle-lit tent under the stars, guests can sample local wines and food while listening to a jazz trio and vocalists in the Winery. As regional chefs discover the benefits of promoting their specialties featuring local produce, the list of participating restaurants expands each year. Tickets are $40 per person and must be purchased in advance. They are now on sale at: Mima's, Peck's Wine & Spirits, Greetings & Salutations and Inkwell.
