Michael J. Bossolina of Greenwood Lake, formerly of Warwick, passed away on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, at Westchester Medical Center with his loving family by his side. He was 63 years old.
He was born in Cresskill, N.J., on March 22, 1956, one of six children of Vera (nee Smith) and Charles Bossolina.
Michael was a retired custodian for the Monroe-Woodbury School District.
Michael enjoyed spending time with all of his “boys” – his sons and his grandsons whom he adored.
Michael is survived by his two sons: Robert and his wife Sarah of Greenwood Lake, and Michael J. of Charlotte, N.C.; and three grandsons: Robert Charles Jr., Thomas Edward and Anthony Michael; three sisters: Joanne Bossolina, Robin Bennett and Nancy Muscarelle; brother Charles Bossolina; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Linda Mastandrea.
Visitation was held Feb. 12 at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
A funeral service was held Feb. 13 at the funeral home. Interment followed the service in Warwick Cemetery.
