Joyce K. Wagner of Warwick entered into rest on Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021. She was 90 years old.
The daughter of James Welch and Isabella Blodgett Welch, she was born on Nov. 11, 1930, in the Bronx.
She is survived by her five children: Linda Rutzky, George Arabadjis (Toni), Victoria Calia (Sal), Mark Arabadjis (Deirdre) and James Wagner (Karen); eight grandchildren: Pamela, Philip, Stephen, Heather, Travis, Mark, Jenn and Jill; two great grandchildren:James and Rayne; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband William J. Wagner; son Philip Arabadjis; son-in-law Jesse Rutzky and brothers James Welch, Gerald Welch and Dennis Smith.
As per her wishes, funeral services will be held privately.
