Catherine M. Ryan of Warwick passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020. She was 97 years old.
Born in Brooklyn on June 13, 1923, she was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Watson.
Kay was a parishioner at St. Stephen R.C. Church, Warwick. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren kept her young at heart and she enjoyed spending time with all of them.
She is survived by five sons: Paul and his wife Laura of Arlington, Va.; Neil and his wife Lois of Warwick; John and his wife Heather of Yonkers; D. Sean and his wife Lisa of Westtown; and Patrick and his wife Carol of Middletown; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband John M. Ryan and son Matthew.
Memorial Visitation will be on Friday, Oct. 2, from 5 to 8 p.m. with a funeral service at 8 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
