Kaeshawn J. Kerr, 25, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree possession of a skimmer device, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
A 19-year-old female from Poughkeepsie was charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree possession of a forged instrument, felonies. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Two residents of Watertown, one a 36-year-old woman and the other a 38-year-old man, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on appearance tickets.
Jamal M. Burnett, 26, of the Bronx, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) felonies, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail.
Toniann C. Chidnese, 24, of Liberty, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Mario S. Calles, 44, of Middletown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.
Aug. 10
Kenzie M. Wadman, 24, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Sara N. Tomford, 21, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
Stephen B. Waters, 29, of Maplewood, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
