Sept. 17
A 16-year-old Greenwood Lake male was charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and two counts of identity theft, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Frank Mallia, 49, of Port Jefferson Station, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
Sept. 18
Angelo Polito, 38, and Karim E. Assaf, 38, both of Whitestone, were charged with multiple counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, violations, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, felonies. Assaf was also charged with first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets.

Yuleika DeJesus, 32, of Loch Sheldrake, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released on an appearance ticket.
