    Glen Decker, 49, of Brooklyn, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Sean T. Rutherford, 47, Domenic V. Anello, 27, and Anthony B. Treasure, 38, all of Brooklyn, were charged with two counts each of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. They were released on appearance tickets.

    Richard A. Blake, 44, of Brooklyn, was charged with violation of parole, fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Harold D. Kaupp 49, of Cortlandt Manor, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Jose R. Dalmasi, 48, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Feb. 22

    Marcos R. Perez, 46, of Central Islip, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Joselph A. Calise, 23, of Florida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Dannel K. Brown, 32, of Pomona, was charged with second-degree, third-degree, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Oscar A. Catalan, 34, of Pearl River, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors.

    Yvonne M. Mendez, 59, of Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
