    March 1

    Heather MacMahon, 50, of Harriman, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    March 2

    James M. Volkes, 35, of Otego, and James A. Fisher, 35, of Mt. Vision, were charged with several counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Volkes was also charged with operator impaired by drugs. They were issued appearance tickets.

    March 4

    Yanne D. Lath-Oulai, 27, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    March 6

    Thomas J. Powell, 34, of New Windsor, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Carlos Solis-Pizarro, 31, of Syracuse, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Gerardo Matos, 23, of Syracuse, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and two counts each of third-degree and second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Julie A. Armagast, 30, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Jordyn P. Pagan, 21, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Sarah J. Hendershot, 27, of Hamburg, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Chelsea N. Garvey, 23, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Lucas Brea, 28, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
