Denzel A. Warner, 28, Angel A. Diaz, 44, both of Middletown, and William E. Doolittle, 30, of Montgomery, were charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Diaz was also charged with two counts of fourth-degree and third-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, felonies. They were released on appearance tickets.
Jeffrey S. Sottile, 41, of Washingtonville, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, felonies, and use of other vehicle without an interlock device, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Leslie M. Loverchio, 21, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

William C. Mitchell, 25, of Randolph, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.
