The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education (EFNEP) program at Cornell Cooperative Extension will present “Let’s Chat about Nourishing Your Family,” a six-week online workshop on Wednesdays from May 13-June 17 from 3-3:45 p.m. using the Zoom platform.
The interactive series will offer strategies to help families improve food and physical activity behaviors, food resource management, food safety and food security.
There is no fee for this series, but pre-registration is required.
