On Saturday, March 20, from 1 to 2 p.m., Reuben Fast Horse will present a program entitled “Bringing a Natural Sound to an Unnatural World” via Zoom.

Reuben Fast Horse, born on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation, is a traditional Lakota singer, dancer, flutist, drummer, craftsman and storyteller.

He brings his knowledge and sensibilities to the impact of sound in the modern world.

He will also address the importance of natural sound and ways to incorporate its healing properties in our hectic lives.

Fast Horse is an accomplished educator and Lakotah language instructor who has lectured on Native American culture to audiences in the United States and abroad.

As an entertaining and humorous “contrarian” Reuben Fast Horse is sure to make this a memorable event.
