WARWICK — It's an important milestone for any business.

On Thursday, June 15, Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton, Mayor Michael Newhard, representatives from the office of Assemblyman Karl Brabenec and members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined owner Esperanza "Espi" Ahad to celebrate the first anniversary of Too Sweet Consignment Boutique in Mitchel Corners, 25 Elm St.

"Thank you to the more than 1,000 customers, who have visited and worked with Too Sweet Kids Consignment," said Ahad, who lives in Warwick with her husband, Sam, and their three children. "I am happy and proud to be part of the community here in the Village of Warwick."

Children quickly outgrow their clothing and other items.

Too Sweet Kids Consignment Boutique offers children's clothing, toys and accessories for newborns to 14-year-olds.

Premium quality clothes, sleepwear, shoes, slippers, accessories and toys are available for young boys and girls.

The policy of the store is to attractively display only clean high quality and gently used goods that are without stains or damage of any sort, giving the appearance of new merchandise. And items on consignment are typically priced 40 to 60 percent off retail prices.

The consignment boutique also offers a nursing station for new mothers.

Too Sweet Kids Consignment Boutique is open Tuesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
