WARWICK — The Guidance Department at Warwick Valley High School will present “The Admission Game” on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 6:30 p.m., in the high school auditorium.
“The Admission Game” is an interactive presentation of the college admission process featuring Peter Van Buskirk, author, motivational speaker and former dean of Admission at Franklin & Marshall College.
Van Buskirk has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Family Circle and “Oprah and Friends” with Jean Chatzky.
All WVHS students in grades 9-11 are encouraged to attend with their parents/guardians to learn strategies to navigate the high-stakes admission process and to find out how to ease the stress of college admissions.
The content of the program promises to be insightful and useful for all WVHS families. Juniors and their parents are especially urged to attend.
