    A 15-year-old male from Goshen was charged with four counts of third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and sent to Orange County Jail.
    Jonathan H. Springer, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.
    Kay Hin Ip, 27, of Brooklyn, was charged with fourth counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.

    Kyle E. Maxwell, 21, of South Fallsburg, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was released on cash bail.
    Mercedes Ramos-Ortiz, 39, of Monticello, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. She was released on cash bail.
    Jayronzie Yarber, 44, of Monroe, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, and driving while intoxicated, felonies because of a previous conviction. He was released to a third party.
    A 16-year-old male from Goshen was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    A 16-year-old male from Florida was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Jesus E. Miranda, 22, of Highland Falls, was charged with unlawful surveillance, a felony. He was released on cash bail.
    An 18-year-old male from Poughkeepsie was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Alvaro Ayala Martinez, 29, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.
    Lavan Gabrielashvili, 34, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.
    Robert A. Guadagno, 45, of Liberty, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was released on cash bail.
    Joseph Stuehmer, 45, of Monticello, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors, fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. He was released on cash bail.
    Frederick J. Stuehmer, 47, of Monticello, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, felonies, and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was released on cash bail.

    David M. Cabassa, 25, of Highland Mills, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, and three counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released to a third party.
    Jessica M. Ramirez, 26, of Beacon, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drug, felonies. She was released on cash bail.
    Jana B. Kelly, 51, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony. She was sent to Orange County Jail.
