•The Warwick Fire Department has responded to 159 calls for service to date. The WFD would like to remind all drivers to use caution, drive the speed limit and don’t drink, drive and text! All speed limits are posted on all roadways please drive safely. The WFD would also like to remind all motorist to yield to first responders in emergencies. Blue and Green Lights are courtesy lights for our responders to safely respond to the firehouse or ambulance bay to help someone in need. When you see a blue or green light behind you, safely pull to the shoulder of the road to let out first responders pass to help someone in need.

• This year’s Fire Prevention Week campaign, “Serve Up Fire Safety in the Kitchen!TM” works to educate everyone about the simple but important actions they can take to keep themselves, and those around them, safe in the kitchen.
