    Aug. 26

    Otto Gorish, 41, of Pine Island, was charged with obstruct breath with pressure to neck/throat, third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Sept. 2

    An 18-year-old female from Greenwood Lake was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content (BAC) over .08 percent. She was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Sept. 6

    Malek Matos, 34, of Worchester, Mass., was charged with petit larceny. He was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Sept. 10

    Demetrio Torres-Cruz, 35, of Warwick, was driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content (BAC) over .08 percent. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Richard Hill, 35, of Warwick, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, obstruct breath with pressure to neck/throat and second-degree aggravated harassment. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlett and sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.

    A 54-year-old Warwick man was charged with disorderly conduct. He was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Sept. 11

    Alberta Defreese, 66, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released to reappear in the Orange County Supreme Court. She was additionally charged with one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Kim Frawley, 52, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released to reappear in the Orange County Supreme Court.

    Sept. 12

    Jessica Doot, 37, of Haskell, N.J., was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Sept. 15

    An 82-year-old Warwick woman was charged with second-degree harassment. She was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Charles Spalletta, 44, of Chester, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Sept. 16

    Thomas Markert, 26, of Downsville, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
