    Oct. 5

    Nicholas Juliano, 52, of Chester, was charged with second-degree harassment. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Oct. 10

    Emily Pawlak-Mann, 24, of Oak Ridge, N.J., was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and third-degree criminal trespassing. She was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Scott Osborne, 24, of Warwick, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, third-degree criminal trespassing and littering railroad tracks and rights of way. He was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Oct. 14

    Matthew Davidson, 31, of Monroe was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 percent, driving while ability impaired by drugs and driving while ability impaired drug/alcohol (one prior conviction). He was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Zachary Marsh, 26, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. He was released to reappear in the Village Court.

    Oct. 15

    Ashton Dieudonne, 29, of Port Jervis, was charged with false personation and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to the custody of the Greenwood Lake Police Department who held a warrant for his arrest.

    Katlynn Smith, 26, of Chester, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance out of the original container.

    Oct. 19

    A 56-year-old Warwick woman was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment following an incident that occurred in July. She was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Oct. 20

    Eric Milisauskas, 37, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Oct. 24

    A 19-year old-male from Newburgh was charged with third-degree and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Oct. 26

    Alberta Defreese, 66, of Warwick, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was released to reappear in Town Court.
