    July 8

    Jean Balzer-Epstein, 69, of Warwick, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. She was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Bernardo Mendoza, 41, of Stockholm, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released to reappear in Village Court.

    July 9

    Edward Carmack, 42, of Warwick, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    July 14

    Michael Rivera, 21, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief resisting arrest, third-degree attempted escape, third-degree attempted assault and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned by Middletown City Court Judge Steven Brockett and released to reappear in Town Court.

    Jordan Bailey, 29, of Warwick, was charged with menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Jason Beams, 40, of Goshen, was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Ryan Wheeler, 32, of Warwick, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Lauren Bromberg, 36, of Monroe, was charge with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of more than .08 percent. She was released to reappear in Town Court.

    July 29

    Peng Cox, 28, of Warwick, was charged driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of more than .08 percent. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Aug. 4

    John Olsen, 49, of Newburgh, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance outside of original container. He was released to reappear in Village Court.

    Aug. 8

    Andrew Lewis, 26, of Warwick, was charged driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of more than .08 percent. He was released to reappear in Town Court.

    Aug. 19

    Stephen Ramsey, 22, of Warwick, was charged with overdriving, torturing and injuring animals; failure to provide proper sustenance and second-degree falsify business records. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
