Warwick Community Ambulance activity report for September 2020

    Warwick Community Ambulance volunteers responded to 119 calls for assistance during September, including 32 for general illness, 11 motor vehicle accidents and five cases where someone had overdosed.

    There also were three standby assignment. All toll, the effort required 170 hours.

    Since the beginning of the year, the volunteers answered 1,152 calls for help.

    Difficulty breathing: 8

    Overdose: 5

    Medic Alert activation; 4

    Stroke: 4

    Cardiac: 4

    Altered Mental Status: 3

    WFD standbys: 3

    Air-Med transports: 2

    Assaults: 2
