    Tia Daniels, 23, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.

    Dylan J. Macrino, 24, of Congers, was charged with assault, a felony, criminal mischief and reckless driving, misdemeanors. He was sent to Orange County Jail.

    Nonso Ikema-Williams, 36, of Middletown, and Temidayo Are, 30, of Beacon, were charged with third-degree assault, and official misconduct, misdemeanors. They were released on appearance tickets.

    Alexandra Deblasio, 31, and George Deblasio, 32, of Johnson, were charged with eight counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. George was also charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and first-degree aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony. They were issued appearance tickets.

    Robert Vasko, 37, of Liberty, was charged with third-degree assault, official misconduct, misdemeanors, and first-degree falsifying business records, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Zachery M. Keenan, 22, of Delanson, was charged with obstructing government administration and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Emma M. Leavell, 24, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    Devon G. Dejesus, 22, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Jennifer P. Gutierrez, 26, of Harriman, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.
