Meet Tilly, a restored 1968 Go Tag-A-Long camper that serves drinks.

This past July members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined Robert Edelen and Alexa Carrington, their relatives and friends, for the grand opening of Parked Prosecco, a bar-on-wheels.

The owners transformed their dreams into a reality when they converted their vintage trailer into a celebration company. Parked Prosecco, a chic mobile bar, serves drinks and entertainment for any special event.

A year in the making, the couple was able to transform Tilly by summer 2019 while expecting a new baby.

Tilly is now ready to make a grand entrance at any event, from intimate gatherings to large events including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, festivals, fundraisers, corporate events and photo shoots.

"Instantly transform any event into the happiest of happy hours," said Carrington. "Parked Prosecco will create a signature drink menu for any occasion and is meant to create good times and great memories for you and your guests.

Tilly, she added, is ready to celebrate and is loaded with charming additional items, including a vintage cruiser bicycle with a basket full of fresh flowers, bohemian peacock chair, water cooler station and handcrafted cocktails.

You can meet Tilly for her a public appearance at the St. Stephen's - St. Edward's Warwick Food Truck Festival on Sept. 19.

"Come and say hello to your new favorite bar-on-wheels," said Carrington.
