Maribel Bright, 59, former resident of Greenwood Lake, passed away Feb. 17 after a long struggle with heart disease. She was 59 years old.
After retiring as a New York City school teacher, Maribel moved to Charlotte, North Carolina.
Survivors include her brother Manny Tirado of Greenwood Lake.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association.
