Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY.
