    Aug. 13

    A 17-year-old female from Tuxedo Park was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Aug. 14

    Jarmail Singh, 58, of Middletown, was charged with first-degree possession of a forged instrument and counterfeit cigarette tax stamp, felonies, fifth-degree criminal tax fraud and possession or sale of unstamped cigarettes, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket.

    Aug. 15

    Joseph Bongiovanni, 40, of West Haverstraw, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.

    Aug. 16

    Austin E. Klein, Nicholas R. Lobosco, and Robert L. Karadzas, all 22, and all from Staten Island, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth, fourth, and third degree, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Klein was also charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. They were all sent to Orange County Jail.

    Aug. 17

    Narciso Valle, 20, of Highland Mills, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and driving with ability impaired by alcohol, an infraction. He was released on an appearance ticket.
