    The Greenwood Lake Public Library is offering the following programs in March:

    For adults

    Chair Yoga with Sara. Zoom classes every Monday morning from 11 a.m. to noon.

    Saving Money Through Clean Energy, Tuesday, March 23, from 7 to 8 p.m. Learn about auditing your energy usage and money saving tips for reducing energy waste and clean energy alternatives for your home. Presented virtually.

    Rails to Sterling Forest, Thursday, March 25, from 7 to 8 pm. Via Zoom, author Kevin Olsen will present the impact of the Erie Railroad on the utilization of the Ringwood Iron Mines and resulting development of Greenwood Lake as a destination. This should be a fascinating peek into the historic impact of industry and tourism on our area.

    For Children and Young Adults

    Art Classes with Patty Kaminski, Wednesdays, March 17 and April 7, 5 to 6 p.m. via Zoom. Patty will instruct her young artists (Ages 10+) in the use of various media to explore their creativity and skills. Registration is limited so sign up soon.

    Music Play Patrol. This on-going and changing program offers entertaining musical stories, sing-alongs and creative movement for ages 5 and under. New content is uploaded every Monday and Wednesday.

    Special Programs for Young Children

    The ever-popular Virtual Story Time with Ms. Kristin will continue to stream via the link at www.gwllibrary.org. Registered children receive story-related craft packets.
