The best and brightest

On May 29, local education and the business community joined to celebrate the valedictorians and salutatorians from each of the school districts in the Orange-Ulster Supervisory District.
This event, coordinated by the Orange-Ulster BOCES Division of Instructional Support Services, highlighted the accomplishments and promising futures of these academically outstanding students from public and private high schools.
This was the twenty-fourth Outstanding Student Recognition Dinner held in Orange County. Orange-Ulster BOCES coordinates the event which would not have been possible without the generosity of the following corporate sponsors:

In addition to the honorees invited to the dinner, the guests included the students’ parents as well as the board president, superintendent, and high school principal from each school district.
The Goshen High School Chamber Strings provided the entertainment at the beginning of the evening.
