Jen DiCostanzo receives Green Team Home Selling System annual sales award
WARWICK — Associate Broker Jen DiCostanzo, a member of the Green Team Home Selling System, a full service Real Estate Brokerage at 7 Main St. in the Village of Warwick, has received the firm’s 2016 Annual Sales Leader Award .
Although DiCostanzo consistently states that her priority “is not about the numbers”, the numbers do tell the story about this accomplished Realtor. And the story is that this Warwick resident had also been described by owner Geoff Green to be a "Shooting Star" in the business.
DiCostanzo credits much of her success to the help, support and camaraderie she receives from the professionals she works with at the Green Team.
She has also received the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
"Receiving the coveted ABR designation was a highlight in my career,” said DiCostanzo. “It signifies the benchmark of excellence in representing buyer clients in all market conditions."
DiCostanzo lives in Warwick with her husband, Richard, a 26-year veteran of the New York City Fire Department, and their two children Ryan and Olivia, who attend Warwick schools.
She is active with the PTA and enjoys helping with the needs of the students and teachers including planning formals and yearbooks.
DiCostanzo, who also won the firm’s Citizen of the Year Award, manages to find time to be innovative in a variety of community fund raisers.
She coordinated the Green Team Go Green for Vets in November 2015 and the “Light up Warwick” event in December 2016 to help raise donations in support of the Warwick Valley Humane Society.
