Pine Island firefighters and EMS crews work to extricate a victim of an accident involving a passenger car and a Ford F350 pick up truck at the intersection of County Route 1 and Little York Road on Sunday afternoon, Oct. 19. Firefighters removed the roof of one vehicle and that driver was flown by helicopter to Westchester Medical Center.
