WARWICK — Acting for a Change Senior Improvisational Theater group invites you to join them on Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Albert Wisner Public Library for a “Play in a Day” workshop and performance.

Linda Richmond, the program’s director, will lead participants in developing characters and scenarios from their imaginations and experiences to improvise a play around common themes.

No prior acting experience is necessary and there is no script and no lines to learn. All that is required is a willingness to enjoy yourself.

The play created at the workshop will be performed for the public at 3 p.m. at the Library.

Two options for participation:

• Be a Senior Improv actor and join the workshop: Feb. 17, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Call Kathleen Georgalas at 986-1047 ext. 5 to register.

• Be an audience member for the play: Feb. 17, at 3 p.m.

Register online at or call 986-1047 ext. 3.
