WARWICK — The Warwick VFW Post 4662 and Warwick American Legion Post 214, in partnership with the Village of Warwick Sesquicentennial Committee and the Warwick Historical Society, are requesting donations for the upcoming “Remembering Our Veterans” display.

The exhibit will be held at the A.W. Buckbee Center, located at 2 Colonel Ave. in Warwick, from Tuesday, May 30, through Wednesday, June 14.

This will be a special tribute to local veterans. Photos, uniforms, plaques, medals, and other memorabilia would be greatly appreciated.

Donations may be either loaned for the event or given for a permanent display, which is being planned for the future.

To loan an item or make a donate contact either Dan Burger by calling 988-VETS (8387) or sending an email to warwickvalleyvfw@gmail.com. You also may contact John MacDonald at 986-1290 or visiting the American Legion Post 214 Warwick on Facebook.
