WARWICK — The Warwick Actor Training School and its cast of adult actors invites the public to enjoy two short plays this Sunday, May 21, at the Warwick Senior Center to the rear of the Town Hall at 132 Kings Highway.

The free performances are at 3 and at 5 p.m.

Meet Edna from "The Rook" and her funny family members who are playing chess at 2 a.m. in Washington Square Park on a frosty night as a mystery unfolds.

Then jump into Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, Annie Baker's play, "Aliens."

Two brilliant and quirky middle-aged friends, who more or less live on the back deck of a local cafe, encounter Evan who works there. He's a frustrated and likable high schooler about to embark on life.

Their fun mentoring relationship with him leads to new twists and turns for them all.

"Please join us for a humorous and moving time," said director Donna Haley.
