WARWICK — What a difference a day makes.

Until Thursday, Feb. 8, Mount Peter Ski Area, as viewed from State School Road, had the only snow in town.

And thanks to its extraordinary snow-making capability, Mount Peter was able to continue to keep its slopes open for the season with or without help from Mother Nature.

But a snowfall is helpful since out of sight can also be out of mind.

And so Mother Nature provided an extra 14 inches of snow on Thursday followed by an extra three inches on Sunday.

So it's time to think snow.
